Teacher’s Day 2017

The role of a teacher in building the civilized society was hailed during the teacher’s day celebrations held at various schools on Tuesday. Teachers Day is celebrated on the birth anniversary of India’s first vice president Sarvpalli Shri Randhakrishnan.

Enthusiasm and festivity marked the teacher’s day celebration at Montfort School .The school campus was gripped with fervour as the students made the day a memorable experience for the teachers. It was the time for both students and teachers to look back, got inspired by Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan and his principles and paid tribute to this great visionary, philosopher and educationist.

The performance of students on stage exclusively for teachers was a memorable one. Students from class LKG to X exhibited their talents as a treat to the teachers. Dance, music, and skit made the day explicable with joy and enthusiasm..

The students took great effort and ensured that teachers enjoy every minute. Followed by the cultural program, games like Treasure hunt, Musical Dance and Fill in The Bottle with Water were conducted for the teachers by the students. The program organized by class X students..

All the students expressed their thankfulness to see their teachers and were full of glad. The chief guest Bro. Palasi insisted on quality teaching irrelevant to caste, creed or religion.
